Does Bookmote work with Nook (most models)?

No — Bookmote does not currently work with Nook (most models).

Doesn't work with Bookmote. Some Nooks (e.g. Glowlight 4 Plus) have Bluetooth, but it's for audiobooks — the reader software has no input path for an external Bluetooth keyboard (HID), so key presses have nowhere to go. Many older/other Nooks have no Bluetooth at all. No Nook is known to accept a Bluetooth keyboard for page turns.

How to pair

  1. On your e-reader or tablet, open Bluetooth settings and put it in pairing mode.
  2. On your phone, open Bookmote and choose "Pair a device" to connect over Bluetooth HID.
  3. Once connected, turn pages with your phone's volume keys or Bookmote's on-screen buttons — even with your phone's screen off.

Known limitations

Most e-readers put their Bluetooth radio to sleep after a period of inactivity to save battery. If page turns stop responding, tap your e-reader's screen to wake it — Bookmote reconnects automatically once the device is awake.
